Atera is cheap on the surface but all the add-ons factored in it ends up costing more than other vendors + less functionality.
Almost everything about atera is frustrating.
We tried it for a couple of months and we had to find a work around for literally everything.
Been using it since beginning of 2022. Due to the bad reception of my techs, myself, and administration I've been giving the go-ahead to move off of this hellscape of a platform.
Atera sucks, from the software, to their support team, I honestly have nothing good to say. Some PCs would show offline, when they were online, someone wouldn’t show up at all.
